Louie’s Journey
We have a 5-year-old Manchester Terrier mix rescue dog who came to us with little to no history. The only thing we knew was that he had a tendency to pee at random times and was considered a bite risk. A few months later, we noticed the behavior and peeing issues had not been resolved. We decided to take him to the vet to find that his kidneys were healthy and that there was no medical issue at the time to explain his problems. He had been on CBD during this time for a few months and we saw his behavior calm down some, with little outbursts. A few short months later Louie had his first major seizure, he fell over and was stiff for a few minutes, and he released his bladder fully. I could tell he was upset and scared. This was our first time seeing this. After a visit to the veterinarian, we realized that at some point Louie had sustained a head injury which may be linked to his seizures. We observed every time he had his “peeing issues” he would tilt his head a little first. After discussing with the veterinarian, we realized he was having micro seizures that were linked to his behaviors. I worked with Mother Nature R US to formulate a new CBG/CBD blend that had enough of each component for our little man's issues. We started using the blend for Louie on the evening of November 15. By the 30th we noticed him calmer (little or no outbursts). And his bladder releases are less frequent (cutting down to less than half). Now we are over a month in, and we have only had 1 or 2 incidents (toward the beginning) with Louie, and he is becoming one of our sweetest and most well-behaved fur babies. We cannot thank Mother Nature R US enough for this opportunity and are happy to report that Louie has been seizure-free for over 30 days.!
(Louie gets1/2 a dropper which is .50 ml twice daily, we started with ½ dropper of .50 ml daily, and after a few weeks we worked up to a full dropper split into 2 doses a day equaling 1.0 ml
